Palak Curry Preparation

  1. Grind a mix from  Coconut and Cumin
  2. Chop the Palak to small pieces and keep other ingredients in the list ready

 



 

Palak Curry Preparation

  1. Cook Toor Dal in pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles
  2. Add chopped Palak to the dal and stir well.
  3. Add red chilly powder and salt into this mix and boil it till Palak is cooked
  4. Now add the coconut-cumin seed mix to this, add sufficient water and  boil it
  5. Move to the next step for seasoning

 



Seasoning

  1. To a pan add oil and heat till it boils
  2. Add mustard seeds and allow it to blister
  3. Now add red chilies and stir it for few seconds
  4. Add this mix to the Palak Gravy
  5. Your recipe rich in Sodium, Potassium and Vitamin A is ready to serve
