To Cook

  1. Add Curd(Preferred reasonably soar) and the ground mix to this and boil it to thick gravy
  2. Add curry leaves to this

Seasoning

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add mustard seeds to blister, curry leaves and red chilly
  3. Add this seasoning to the thick gravy
Delicious Kalan is ready!
