Preparation

  1. Grind the shredded coconut, cumin seeds and chilly to a smooth paste
  2. Cut all the vegetables in linear dices


 

 



To Cook

  1. Add turmeric powder, crushed chilly and salt to water
  2. Add all vegetables (cut in linear sections) and cook the same, add more water if required.
  3. Add the ground mix to the cooked vegetables
  4. Season with oil & curry leaves
Your nutritious and simple diet is ready.

Note: You may choose to add curd in place of Mangoes or to just increase sourness.
