Preparation
- Grind the shredded coconut, cumin seeds and chilly to a smooth paste
- Cut all the vegetables in linear dices
To Cook
- Add turmeric powder, crushed chilly and salt to water
- Add all vegetables (cut in linear sections) and cook the same, add more water if required.
- Add the ground mix to the cooked vegetables
- Season with oil & curry leaves
Note: You may choose to add curd in place of Mangoes or to just increase sourness.
