Palak Curry Preparation
- Grind a mix from Coconut and Cumin
- Chop the Palak to small pieces and keep other ingredients in the list ready

- Cook Toor Dal in pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles
- Add chopped Palak to the dal and stir well.
- Add red chilly powder and salt into this mix and boil it till Palak is cooked
- Now add the coconut-cumin seed mix to this, add sufficient water and boil it
- Move to the next step for seasoning
Seasoning
- To a pan add oil and heat till it boils
- Add mustard seeds and allow it to blister
- Now add red chilies and stir it for few seconds
- Add this mix to the Palak Gravy
