Soya Chunks Green Peas Masala Recipe

Ingredient Preparation

  1. Soak the Soya chunks in hot water add some salt to it.
  2. Chop Onion, Tomato, Chilly, Ginger and Garlic
  3. Keep green peas and masala mix ready as per the ingredients list



 




Masala cooking

  1. To a pan add oil, as it boils add ginger, garlic and fry it for few minutes
  2. Add chilly, chopped onion and fry it until light brown. You may sprinkle some salt
  3. Add tomato to this and allow it to cook
  4. Add the masala mix - Turmeric, Chilly, Coriander and Garam masala powder, to this and fry it for few minutes
  5. Add the Green Peas, some water and allow it to cook
  6. When Green Peas is almost soft add the soaked Soya chunks. Add salt if necessary and steam it for few minutes until water dries-up
  7. Top it with curry leaves and coriander leaves
Your dish is ready , transfer it to the serving bowl.
