Ingredient Preparation
- Soak the Soya chunks in hot water add some salt to it.
- Chop Onion, Tomato, Chilly, Ginger and Garlic
- Keep green peas and masala mix ready as per the ingredients list
Masala cooking
- To a pan add oil, as it boils add ginger, garlic and fry it for few minutes
- Add chilly, chopped onion and fry it until light brown. You may sprinkle some salt
- Add tomato to this and allow it to cook
- Add the masala mix - Turmeric, Chilly, Coriander and Garam masala powder, to this and fry it for few minutes
- Add the Green Peas, some water and allow it to cook
- When Green Peas is almost soft add the soaked Soya chunks. Add salt if necessary and steam it for few minutes until water dries-up
- Top it with curry leaves and coriander leaves
